Themes that change every month
Astronomy evenings at Domaine Saint-Bernard are constantly evolving. Each season features a new theme. Come back throughout the year to discover the sky like never before.
April to june 2026 Theme:
The formation of the Solar System
About 4.6 billion years ago, our solar system formed from a cloud of gas and dust called a nebula. Under gravity, this cloud collapsed and began to spin, forming our Sun at the center. The remaining material gradually clumped together to form planets, asteroids, and comets.
We will explore how these collisions shaped the solar system as we know it today.
