
Customer Service Agent (Seasonal, Part-Time – Winter)

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a warm, collaborative environment while enjoying an exceptional natural setting. Depending on operational needs, you’ll rotate between various stations: front gate, boutique, bistro, and rental center.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Depending on the day’s needs, you will:
- Welcome, inform, and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle sales and manage daily or seasonal passes at the front gate
- Serve and advise customers in the boutique (sports gear, local products, souvenirs, etc.) and process transactions
- Provide friendly service at the bistro and manage payments
- Handle equipment rentals (bookings, adjustments, and returns)
- Contribute to creating a memorable visitor experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming work areas
Location: Domaine Saint-Bernard, Mont-Tremblant
Position type: Seasonal – Part-time – Winter
Contracts run from early December 2025 to late March 2026 (depending on winter conditions). Agents should expect variable schedules, as staffing needs may fluctuate with the weather, especially at the beginning and end of the season.

Profile Sought:
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Proven customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems or customer service software
- Technical knowledge of winter sports and equipment, especially cross-country skiing, is a strong asset
- Fluent English is essential (French an asset)
- Versatility and curiosity to learn multiple roles
- Team spirit and adaptability
- Independence, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfort handling payments and POS systems
- MAPAQ food safety certification is an asset
- Flexibility with variable schedules
